Rental Rates 2026
Sea Winds Cottage was completely remodeled after Hurricane Ian and we look forward to welcoming our guests back to the island.
*Posted Rates apply to 4 Guests. Additional guests are $150 per guest per week. Max occupancy 6 guests.
Rates are subject to change. Contact owner direct for current rates and specials.
*A signed Rental Agreement and $250 Security/Damage Deposit is due at the time of booking. The security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure from the cottage.
*Rental Fees are due 60 days prior to the check-in date.
*Refund Policy: Security Deposits will be refunded for reservations cancelled 90 days prior to arrival date and Rental Fees will only be refunded if we are able to rebook the cottage.
* $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from all cancellations.
Because cancellations are unforeseeable, we recommend that our guests purchase Trip Insurance.
